About Shoryu Ramen
Our ramen bosses hail from the energised 24 hour city of Hakata, Fukuoka which also happens to be the birthplace of the tonkotsu ramen we all know and love. Being brought up on the stuff, these masters know the ins and outs of what makes a good and tasty bowl.
