Bio I'm working as a Head Chef in Shoryu restaurant in Denman. I was kitchen Assistant in Shoryu Liverpool on 2015.Team leader then Sous Chef in Shoryu Restaurant Covent Garden on 2016. Then 2017 I was Head Chef in Shoryu Regent. Working Seven Years with best services in customers and colleagues and dedication and Respect to the company.

Our ramen bosses hail from the energised 24 hour city of Hakata, Fukuoka which also happens to be the birthplace of the tonkotsu ramen we all know and love. Being brought up on the stuff, these masters know the ins and outs of what makes a good and tasty bowl.
