I have 13+ years experience in the hospitality industry in a number of different roles- one of them being a General Manager for a fine-dining restaurant, another being Operations Assistant for Harrods- looking after 4 different sites, I managed big sized companies.
When the Shoryu Shoreditch GM vacancy presented itself, I knew I wanted to get back into the hands-on operations role. I like to provide a service to people.
What I like about Shoryu is the operations- it's compact, the clients are fun and I like the environment.
